• Go to account settings → Billing section
• Select "Manage Subscription" and follow the prompts

Yes — but if you were a Founding Member and you cancel, you lose your Founding Member pricing. When you rejoin, it'll be at the current (higher) rate. Reach out before you cancel — we'd rather find a solution than lose you from the community.

• Check your spam or junk folder — we end up there more than we'd like
• Check your Promotions tab if you use Gmail
• Typo in the email used at signup
• Your email provider may have flagged us (DND status — see below)

Still nothing? Email [email protected] with the address you used at signup and we'll find you and resend anything you missed.

DND stands for "Do Not Disturb." It means your email has been flagged in our system — usually because you unsubscribed, marked something as spam, or your provider bounced our messages back. When you're on DND, you won't receive anything from us.

Fix: Email [email protected] and tell us you're on DND. We'll remove the status and resend whatever you missed.

First, try "Forgot Password" on the login page — fixes most issues. If that doesn't work: check you're using the right email, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your name and signup email.

• Gmail: Open our email → click three dots (⋮) → "Filter messages like these" → "Never send to spam"
• Outlook: Right-click our email → "Junk" → "Never Block Sender"
• Apple Mail: Open our email → hover over our name → "Add to Contacts"

Simplest step: just add [email protected] to your contacts. Once you do that, your inbox starts treating us like the regular you've been waiting for. 😄
